Guillermo Álvarez is a fourth-generation grower operating Finca Malacara, one of El Salvador's most venerable coffee estates located in one of Central America's most celebrated coffee landscapes. He planted this elegant Kenyan SL-28 cultivar to complement the flavors he was producing with the Bourbon plants that have graced the farm's gentle slopes since 1888.
